Sauce & spice goby popcorn

Ingredients needed to simmer cauliflower

Cauliflower - 1 cup (small pieces of the same size)
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Organo - 1/2 Tbsp (Optional)
Ginger paste - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 1 tbsp
Pepper powder - 3/4 tsp
Salt - as needed
Cornflower - 2 tablespoons
Maida - 3 tablespoons

Ingredients for making a bater

Maida - 3 tablespoons
Cauliflower - 3 tablespoons
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Curd - 2 tablespoons
Salt - as needed
Water - as needed

Ingredients needed to fry

Brad Climes - for adequate
Oil - as needed

How to prepare

Clean the cauliflower and make small pieces and mix it with water and cook it well (do not go too heavy). Make water in a fully cooked confectioner to make a dried dry. Add the ingredients needed to simmer it. Add the ingredients needed to make the baking in the same bowl used in the simmering mixture. Mix well and add thick water and make thick bags. Coldly cut the cauliflower into the batter and rinse well with breadcrumbs and fry in a small fire in warm oil.

Ingredients needed to prepare sauce

Spring ocean - just enough
Green chilli - 2 nos
Garlic - 2 tbsp (sliced)
Onion - 1 piece (small) cut into small pieces
Chilli paste - 1 tablespoon (as per taste)
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
Tomato sauce - 2 tablespoons
Salt - as needed (optional)

How to prepare

Add 2 tablespoon of oil from gunny fried oil and add another pane and mix well with ginger and garlic.
Mix well the onion, green chilli, spring and pepper, add the remaining ingredients and mix them well. Add the fried gobi well and mix well and turn off the fire. Mix and close the spring ocean.
