Butter chicken

Butter chicken pasta bake
For butter chicken
Chicken-300gram(bone less..cut into strips)
Red chilly pwder-2tsp
Corriander pwder-1tsp
Cumin pwder-a pinch
Garam masala-1tsp
Curd-2 1/2tblsp
Salt-required
Ginger garlic paste-1heaped tsp
Lime juice-little
Marinate chicken with all these ingrediants.keep half an hour..shallow fry&keep a side
For gravy..in the same pan add 2 tblsp butter saut 2 medium size roughly chopped onion,3 tomatos,2 green chilly,few cashew nuts& salt saut it well ..after it cools down..grind into smooth paste.
In the same pan add little butter.add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste saut well then pour the blended mixture and salt,1tsp chiily pwder&1tsp tomato sauce& pour 1 cup water& let it cook for sme tym&add 2 to3 tblsp of fresh cream.&then add fried chicken pieces and mix well coat the chicken in gravy.mix it with in cooked pasta well&off the flame
For baking
White sauce-optional
Mozerella cheese
In baking dish spread half of butter chicken pasta&over that required white sauc and spread shredded mozerral cheese&again balance pasta..and on top mozerrella cheese..bake it on preheated oven.
