Grilled Mutton

Grilled mutton in roasted coconut gravy

Ingredients .....

Mutton is high in 1/2 kg
Onion - 2
Small onion -1 / 2 cup
Ginger -1 tbs
Garlic-2 tbs
Green pepper -4 count
Curry leaves 4
Cauvery -2
Rubble -2 tablespoons
Yellowpaste -1 / 2 tbsp
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Pepper powder -1 tsp
Fennel -1 / 2 tbsp
Elaka-3
Cinnamon -1
Cloves - 4
Pepper - 1/2 tbsp
Coconut oil - 6 tbs
Ghee - 1 tablespoons
Vinegar - 1 tablespoons
For salt purposes.

Ginger paste 1 / 2spn
Pepper powder - 1 spn
Turmeric powder - 1/4 spn
Fennel -1 / 2 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1/2 spn
Patty cloth powder - 1/4 spn
Curry leaves - 2 pcs
Salt
How to create ......

Add 1 ml of muttala martala all the mutt. Then grate the grill pane or onions.

Add the coconut, clove, and grated coconut seeds in a pan and fry well.

When onion leaves onion, onions cut into small pieces. Ginger garlic, green chilli, curry leaves and chill well.
