Prawns curry

Ingredients

Shrimp - 250-300 g
Onion - 1 count (large)
Ginger - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 1 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Green chilli - 1-2 nos
Coriander leaves - as needed
Salt - as needed
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Brad Climes - for adequate
Eggs - 2 nos
Oil - as needed

How to prepare

Clean the prawn and cook a little water, salt and mix well. Remove the water when it is done.
Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp oil to the onion and fry well. Add the onion, garlic paste, green chilli, chilli powder, lemon juice, coriander seeds, salt and mix well. When thoroughly frisked, turn off the fire and mix it with cooked shrimp and mix well. Grab the mixture in a mixer with warm water. Add eggs in a bowl and beat them. Grind the prong mixture into the desired shape by hand with the breadcrumbs first and then dip well and then dip well in breadcrumbs, then add the bread crumbs well and make them finely chopped in breadcrumbs. Fry all of the prune mix and fry in medium heat.

Note: Shrimp substitutes chicken and mutton as per taste.
